For all line drawing applications: organisational, structural, project planning, layout design, circuit design, brainstorming. Unlimited drawing surface. Export to EMF (enhanced WMF), bitmap (raster). EVE Web Edition has export to SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). Used by hobbyists and professionals, very easy to use. Scan the online User Manual, FAQ, read what other users have to say, download and try for yourself. Freeware (Web Edition has a small registration fee).
